Texas Hill Country Living Made In The Shade
Dated: July 28 2016
It's that time of the year again. The fawns are at that age when Mommy let's the venture out on their own a bit and hang out with the other kids in the hood. Living in the Texas Hill Country Southwest of the Austin Texas Metro has many perks, wildlife is just one of them. We see deer, fox, bobcat, as well as many smaller animals. For the most part the animals keep their distance and shy away at the sight of people. The deer that we see regularly seem to become somewhat comfortable with us as long as we keep our distance. It's best for us to keep our distance and not feed the wild animals. If you feed them it causes to many to inhabit a small area which increases the chance of disease.
