Saddletree Ranch Estates Dripping Springs Texas
Dripping Springs Texas is a great community west of Austin Texas on Highway 290 W. I've called Dripping Springs home since 1997. I lived in two different neighborhoods both of which were great, Sunset Canton & Saddletree Ranch Estates. There are several great neighborhoods that are considered to be in Dripping Springs. I'll focus on Saddletree Ranch Estates for a bit.
The welcoming entrance has our community clubhouse flanked by the windmill and the lighted neighborhood sign. You can also see we proudly display the American & Texas flags on a towering flag pole that is lite at night. In addition to the clubhouse we have a community park of about 4 acres. The park features a large children's playground, baseball/softball practice area, basketball court, tennis court, pavilion with picnic tables and fans, tether ball and volleyball. It is maintained pretty well in my opinion! Since moving to this neighborhood in 1999 we've had many memories both as a family and a community.
The homes in Saddletree Ranch Estates sit on lots that vary from near 1 acre and above, most about 1.5 acres. There is a nice country feel with most homes having rock exterior features. The homes range in size starting at about 2200 Sq/Ft and up. There are just under 300 homes currently in the subdivision and just a few lots left to build on and builders own most of them.
