Saddletree Ranch Estates is a welcoming community that allows horses and a few other domestic animals. 4H animals are allowed during preparation and showing (except swine). The community features spacious lots from 1 acre and up with restrictions that are very reasonable. Saddletree Ranch Estates has it's own park that has a pavilion, play scape, volleyball, sport field, tennis, tether ball and a couple acres of open space. The community has three major events most years, Easter Egg Hunt & Get together, July 4th picnic and Halloween hay ride.

For specific information on homes for sale in Saddletree Ranch Estates or surround in areas give me a shout. Homes for sale in Saddletree seem to go pretty quickly. average 5.4 days on resale homes that last 6 months. I live in the neighborhood so give me a shout.
