The Texas Economy is standing out once again. The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M published an article on Texas job growth. The Texas economy continues to stay well ahead of the general US in job growth, producing an annual job growth rate of 2.7% as compared to the national rate of 1.4%. In the private sector the numbers were just at good, with Texas seeing an annual 2.9% job growth compared to the US at 1.6%.

With these great numbers, it’s no wonder the unemployment rate is comparatively low. The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in Texas in November was 3.8%, while the national rate was 4.1%.

Texas economy is showing great signs of good growth. It’s not just a great place to live, but it’s a great place to work too!
