Hot Summer And Hot Market

This summer has not been as blistering as years past. Two years ago we stayed in the triple digits for a very long time. Last year, was yet another hot summer. El nino has kept this summer hot, but not extremely hot. Lucky for us, el nino didn't affect the housing market. Home sales and home values are continuously rising month after month. This is an excellent time to buy your home or buy an investment!
