"In the Austin-Round Rock MSA, single-family home sales increased 4% year-over-year to 2,196 home sales in November 2017, while median price rose 3% to $296,500 over the same time frame. Single-family home sales declined in the city of Austin but increased across the Austin-Round Rock Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) for the second month in a row, according to the November 2017 Central Texas Housing Market Report released by the Austin Board of REALTORS®."
