Home Brewing Beer 2

Hello All,

On to the second stage of making your own darn beer.
After the fermentation process concludes you actually have beer. During fermentation the yeast reacts with the sugars to create the alcohol in the beer. During this stage, as the yeast interacts and the beer is sitting idle the small particles of the components fall to the bottom leaving a layer of gunk.

This is where stage two comes in. Transferring the beer to a secondary container for clarifying. Letting the beer sit another week or so allows for any remaining particles to fall to the bottom. With home brewing it seems that no matter how much I try to filter it there are always a few very tiny particles that make it into the bottles.
