Downtown Condos For Less Than 1 Million In Austin Texas

This week I showed condominiums at two of my favorite building in downtown Austin: Spring Condos on 300 Bowie Street and Bartonplace Condos on 1600 Barton Springs Road. Two different concepts though. Spring Condos has up to 42 floors with impressive views of Lake Austin and Downtown Austin while Bartonplace has 5 floors and no views.  Both have great amenities such as a pool and a gym.  My preference is the pool at Bartonplace because it is located in an interior courtyard surrounded by trees and away from the city noise. One feels one is on vacation.

My client is looking for a 3-bedroom-condo under 1 Million and there are barely any on the market. Those are the ones that go first. Not surprising right? With today's opportunities to telecommute one of those bedrooms will most likely be an office and the third one would be the guestroom so that you friends and family can enjoy the city life while visiting Austin.
