Austin Texas Metro Single Family Homes Statistics
The Austin Texas Metro homes sales is still quite robust to say the least. I was showing 4 homes this weekend, for example. Upon arriving at our appointment time we found that we were 3rd in line to view this home. When we go to the second homes there was a "potential buyer" who asked if they could come into the home while my clients and I viewed the home. At the 4th home another agent was there waiting for his client to show up. Three of the four homes had other folks there looking too. This has been common place for over two years now.
