Austin Texas Metro ~ Single Family Homes ~ Statistics May 30, 2016

Another week in the books and another week where more homes acepted a contract than the ones newly listed. I am often asked by buyer clients, "Am I buying at the top of the market?" In January of 2009 there were over 13,000 single family honmes available in the Austin Metro. The population of the Austin Metro has pushed over 2,000,000 now and almost 100 new people move here every day!
