Not Even Real Estate Can Escape April Fools’ Day

April 2, 2014  |  by Ellen

April Fool's DayHeard about those bacon-scented listings? Or the new brokerage division dedicated exclusively to representing dogs and their dog houses? Those two pranks and many more made the Internet rounds yesterday. Inman News has a delightful summary of some of the funnier highlights—including some from fellow MLSs around the country like MRED in Illinois and ARMLS in Arizona. There is also a nod to the Seattle Seahawks and their Superbowl win with listings inside a new condo building that leaves no decor choice untouched by the team colors (plus, the guest suite for visitors from San Francisco is a good giggle). Click here to read all about it, and let us know your favorite in the comments.

If you heard of any other good April Fools’ jokes we would love to hear about it.
