AUSTIN TEXAS METRO SINGLE FAMILY HOME STATS June 7, 2016
Another week is in the books and the school year is ending across Texas. This is usually a sign that real estate activity will pick up. It's hard to believe activity can pick up but it likely will. We had a week of rain, some very heavy in a short period of time. Single Family Homes by the numbers:

Being informed as a seller or buyer is critical. My job is to inform you as a seller or buyer objectively based on current market conditions. Monitoring inventory and activity weekly keeps me up to date so I can better guide my clients. If you are considering selling or buying real estate I would be honored to meet with you. I will provide you with no obligation custom analysis of your specific need.
