Another week is in the books and the school year is ending across Texas. This is usually a sign that real estate activity will pick up. It's hard to believe activity can pick up but it likely will. We had a week of rain, some very heavy in a short period of time. I helped a client with an offer on a home last Wednesday only to be informed that the home was overcome with water running down the hillside overnight. Seems the cedar fence created a barrier that trapped the water in the back yard enough that water came in through the back door. That saga is still unfolding.

Being informed as a seller or buyer is critical. My job is to inform you as a seller or buyer objectively based on current market conditions. Monitoring inventory and activity weekly keeps me up to date so I can better guide my clients. If you are considering selling or buying real estate I would be honored to meet with you. I will provide you with  no obligation custom analysis of your specific need.
