About Nick
A native Austinite who grew up playing team sports with a work background in home improvement, my knowledge and experience separates me from the rest of the competition. Prior to entering the workforce I received a scholarship to play baseball as a catcher at Ranger Junior College. Being blessed with a competitive nature, I understand what it takes to work with different teams and groups to achieve a common goal.
After college and in need of a job, I initially desired a career in real estate. The timing wasn't right and took a position delivering parts to new construction sites. Watching homes transform from a piece of land with a few wooden sticks marking their boundaries, all the way to completion, ultimately inspired me to learn more. After trying different opportunities presented to within the home improvement sector and a little boy on the way, I took up a career in plumbing at one of the bigger home improvement companies in Austin. After many years as a drain specialist, my heart desired to fill the gap it set aside for a career in real estate.
After a year of planning, I retired from Plumbing and became a Realtor. In my heart I knew my experience and childhood would give me a distinct and unique advantage over others in this business. Over the years I developed relationships with people in different trades with unique skillsets, who assist my clients when they are in need.
Helping people is more rewarding than any personal achievement or reward I have ever received. From seeing first time home buyers walk out with their keys to recently retired home owners selling their home to move into the home of their dreams (and an empty nest) never gets old.
