Violet was very helpful and knowledgeable about each of the neighborhoods I looked into and was able to guide me relative to schools, shopping, commutes, and community. We looked at a lot of homes in a variety of areas in Austin. We made offers on a couple and almost closed on one until the seller backed out last minute. Violet guided me through that and worked with the listing agent to ensure I received my earnest and option money back from the seller.
Ultimately she showed me a house she knew I would like, even though I was not sure I wanted to see it. It turned out to be the house I bought! Ultimately she knew better than I did at that point exactly what I was looking for in a house.
I would highly recommend her services to those that are looking to sell and or buy a home."
